How to access koko on your device
We at koko provide three installation paths. Choose the one that fits your device and preference.
Installation steps for Android APK

-
Enable unknown sources
Go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources. Toggle on to allow installation from files outside Google Play.
-
Open the APK and install
Tap the downloaded APK file. Follow on-screen prompts to complete installation.
-
Launch and sign in
Open the koko app. Sign in with your account or create a new one via email verification and KYC.
iOS and web browser setup
For iOS, we do not offer an App Store download. Instead, open Safari and visit koko.asia. Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. The browser icon appears on your home screen as a koko shortcut. Tapping it opens our web app in full-screen mode, giving the native app feel without installation steps.
On Android, you can also use this browser method as an alternative to the APK. Open Chrome, navigate to koko.asia, tap the menu (three dots), and select Install App. Android will prompt you to add koko to your home screen. Both paths—APK and web app—give you access to live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and football betting on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, and Piala AFF.
App vs browser: what works best
- Native APK offers faster startup, offline access to cached content, and push notifications for live table opens.
- Web app works on any device without storage space, auto-updates with no download step, and runs on iOS without workarounds.
- Both connect to the same koko account. Deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet on either path.
- Choose APK for consistent Android experience; choose web for instant access across devices.
Device compatibility on koko
Our Android APK runs on Android 7 and newer. Older devices may not support the necessary security libraries. For iOS, Safari on iOS 12 and above handles our web app. Most devices in use meet these minimums. If your phone uses Android 6 or below, the web browser path is your option—open koko.asia in any mobile browser and use the responsive interface.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK download stalls, check your internet connection and available storage—the file needs several megabytes free. If installation fails with "Unknown sources not enabled," revisit Settings and confirm the toggle is on. If you see a certificate warning during install, this is normal for third-party APKs outside app stores; tap Install Anyway. For iOS users who see a blank page after adding to home screen, try clearing Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data) and re-open the app. If push notifications don't arrive, check that the koko app has notification permission in your device settings.
Account security and data permissions
We at koko request minimal permissions on your device: camera access (for KYC document upload during identity verification), location data (optional, to tailor regional payment options), and contacts (never used; safe to deny). Your account credentials are stored locally in encrypted form. Withdrawals and deposits route through your chosen payment method—mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer—and koko never stores your payment details directly. Each login triggers a verification check; if you access koko from an unfamiliar device, we may request email confirmation before allowing deposits or withdrawals.
